The focus of Integral Therapy is the interplay of mindfulness and interpersonal connection. By developing mindfulness practice (moment to moment awareness) we enrich our understanding of our lives and experiences. The combination encourages shifts in our perception of the events, patterns and circumstances of our lives. Our range of responses expands and our choice of responses becomes more skillful and deliberate.
