We want to cultivate mindful awareness and kindness in our daily lives. Our approach teaches presence, acceptance, and connection with an attitude of friendliness.
We arrive here through the integration of mindful awareness and compassion practices. We create a safe place to investigate and refer to this as the “holding environment”. Like a bird building its nest, twig by twig, we need a place to come back to where we can take refuge, re-connect ourselves to the ground and breathe.
When difficult feelings and experiences arise, it is a challenge to stay present. A mindful awareness practice helps us to steady and come back to presence. Rest easy - every time we recognize that we have been adrift is a mindful moment!
