Many people come to us because they want a kinder more loving relationship with themselves and the world. We often feel that if we could rid ourselves of fear, sadness, pain, we would be happy.
We integrate our clinical and personal experience to develop a more informed mind, body and interpersonal connection. We use the tools of mindfulness with the clinical power of action methods to foster consciousness, compassion and connection.
Mental distress and addiction are often a response to these feelings. Our experience is that rather than trying to flee from these feelings we need to develop a compassionate relationship with these feelings.
