As trainers, educators and practitioners, we value the courage and creativity that is inherent in finding one's authentic voice. In our supervision and training practice we work with a spectrum of mental health workers individually and in groups. We utilize dialogue, experiential modalities and meditation as tools of exploration.
We grow our capacity to be present, steady and skillful when difficult mind states and situations emerge in the treatment setting. This is a practice requiring patience, guidance and support. Many of us know that it is often our own reactivity with others that confronts us with the greatest challenge in maintaining presence.
Our supervision is open to practitioners of all levels of experience.
Individual and group supervision are ongoing.
